About Loud Communications

Loud Communications, LLC is a freelance video production company. We specialize in short marketing, fundraising and advocacy videos for non-profit organizations. We also work with corporate and government clients. We have a great community of freelance folks who can provide multi-media services including graphic design, web design, logo development and marketing. Loud also produces long-form documentaries like Happy SAHD a documentary that follows a dozen Baltimore-area stay-at-home dads.

Our clients range from small, new, independent enterprises to large, established, globally-minded companies. Many of our projects are based in our local Baltimore/Washington area, however, we’ve also traveled the country and around the world to produce videos in Seattle, Hawaii, Honduras, Kenya, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Sri Lanka, Fiji, Thailand and Turkmenistan. Whether it’s a service video for Dover Air Force Base, a marketing video for Habitat for Humanity, an advocacy video for World Hope, a public service announcement for Clean Cities, a fundraising video for Baltimore Christian School, or a half-hour TV show about the fastest sport on two feet: Lacrosse—no job is too big and no budget is too small for us to tackle.

Michael Ivan Schwartz is our president and lead producer. He will be the first to admit, we do have our limitations. We do not do weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, birthdays or anniversaries. We do not put together collages of photos to music. We do not transfer old movies to DVD. There are other companies that do this well. We’re just not one of them.

Our website is designed for you to learn more about producing a video. We certainly want you to check out our work as well, but we think it is important to understand the context and perspective for each project. We believe this will help you make the most effective video for your purpose.
